Cynet Ortho Why Cynet Orthodontics chose DISDental?
The DISDental team first met with Trevor and Corrie, the owners of Cygnet Orthodontics in 2009. They were
both concerned with the growth of their IT infrastructure and the importance that this played in the business.
If there was a failure in any part of the IT network, this would disrupt business very quickly.
Since that first meeting, we have worked togther on a number of projects including the replacement of the main
database and file server, and the upgrade of the database software. With a Service Level Support Contract in
place, Trevor and Corrie know that if any problems occur the DISDental team will repsond quickly and
effectively.
In addition to dealing with any day-to-day problems, all backups and event logs are monitored by DISDental. This takes the
pressure away from the staff at the practice and allows potential probelms to be dealt with before they casue any disruption.
"Test" restores are completed monthly to ensure that in the event of a major problem, patient data is safe and can be restored.
